Titan is a ten-year-old Siberian Husky in Davenport , FL, who needs $905 for ear surgery.

When Titan's former owners told Jon D. they were dumping the dog for misbehaving, Jon took one look at Titan and knew he had found his best friend.

"I've had this good boy, ever since I adopted him when he was three months old in a Home Depot parking lot. His owners said he was 'wild and unmanageable,' but what I heard was 'energetic and free-spirited.' The last ten of my life has been filled with just that," Jon tells Waggle.

But recently, Titan had some ear issues, and Jon just learned his pooch pal now needs surgery at Affordable Pet Care At Four Corners. "My good boy is going to need lateral ear canal ablation surgery. His left ear has calcified and entirely closed up his ear canal. The surgery will essentially open a new hole to be his ear," Jon says.

Unfortunately, Jon lost his job due to COVID a while back. He was just reinstated, but he went for nine months without income. He's struggling to pay for Titan's surgery. Jon adds that Titan's name is spawned from Greek mythology as the only deity greater than an Olympian, but unfortunately, his ailment is very mortal.

Jon launched this campaign, hoping you will help Titan get the medical care he needs. It would mean the world to both of them!

"Titan may be big and look like a wolf, but he's a gentle, cuddly bear," Jon says. "He loves meeting new dogs, marking territories, and is calm and cool when it comes to his other housemates like the cats and his canine companion, Luna. Titan is part of this family. I remember I always had to pick him off my bed and put him in his bed when we went to sleep, but I would still wake up to him under my arms or wrapped in my legs. Now, in his old age, he can't really jump on the bed anymore. I miss it and sometimes dream about waking up to him cuddling with me again. They grow up so fast, and those moments cannot be relived."
