Titus is a 10-year-old Husky Mix in Enid , OK, who needs $955 for Nerve Pain, Calcium on Spine, X-rays.

We got Titus at the shelter about 7 years ago. He was our first pet as the Miller family. The shelter estimated him as 2 years old, so he could be older or younger. When we went to the shelter he was the only one not barking or yelling. He was just chilling in kennel. Connor was 2years old and loved him from the start. He’s our Tortoise baby.

Titus loves being outside, especially cold weather. He likes to lay in front of the dog door, keeping his 3 furry siblings trapped inside. Brodie and Connor give him lots of treats and pets. But his favorite person is Scott; Titus is his “Big Kahuna”

Titus is a good boy. He just loves to be with his people, but also needs to bark at the pit next door. At our old house he got a bobcat that was sneaking around in our yard. He’s only aggressive when it comes to protecting his family and yard.

Scott noticed Titus limping. We thought maybe he just slid in the mud or one of the other dogs bumped him. He went to the vet and X-rays show calcium build up on his spine, along with pinched nerves. Dr. Reid saw him at Enid Pet Hospital. He has 2 weeks of meds, then we will have a follow up with next steps.

I started a new job and we have debt from this past year that we’re still paying on. Titus is my 9year old’s first pet. If we can’t pay this, even down a bit, I don’t know if we will be able to take him back…we’ve never been not able to pay the vet.
