Tobias (Bear, Toby) is a 6 year old Mix-Breed in Forney, TX, who needs $2,000 for Unblocking w/Catheter.

Tobias (whose nicknames are Toby and Bear) as found as a kitten outside of Baylor Scott & White Heart Hospital in Plano on a particularly hard night when we were visiting my mother in law. It was a team effort on mine and my husbands part to get him, and we managed to do it successfully as I told him where I heard the little "meow!"s from and he located Toby in the bushes and caught him. ♡

If you watch the video I've attached, you'll see the distress he was in and how urgently he needed care. He's had a urinary blockage previously (years ago) and we were worried it had occurred again, and sure enough, it had. He was growling when meowing which indicated to me that he was in pain. We took him to BluePearl pet hospital in Mesquite, TX for immediate treatment.

Toby is incredibly special to me because he came into my life the month I would've delivered our baby had I not miscarried. Nothing could replace my baby, and Toby was and has since been there for me in ways I'd never be able to ask anyone for. He's been there for my highest highs and my lowest lows. He "talks" to me (meows at me), let's me know when he needs pets/hugs/kisses, he's just the best.

My husband was out of a job for nearly a year, and thankfully he'd taken another job in March; we're getting caught up on things that we'd fallen behind on while down to one income (expenses we'd put on credit cards) and this necessary expense will only push us further back.
