After losing my beloved cat of 16 years to cancer this past January, my home felt unbearably empty. She grew up with me and was part of every stage of my life. When I brought this kitten home, I wasn’t replacing her—I was opening my heart again. He has brought light back into a space that felt so quiet.

Since the day I brought him home, he has had repeated vomiting episodes—clear, yellow, and sometimes food shortly after eating. He has been alert but unable to consistently keep food down. He needs diagnostic testing and treatment to determine the cause. We are seeking care through a local veterinary clinic. Which we are trying to find the most affordable option.

He is incredibly affectionate and expressive. He makes soft little meows and slow blinks at me before curling up beside me at night. Even when he doesn’t feel well, he still wants to be close. He has already become my comfort, my routine, and my little shadow.
