Toby Edward is a 7 month old Jack Russell Terrier in Lowell , OH, who needs $1,800 for Dwarfism.

Toby Edward came into my life on Thanksgiving Day 2023.toby Edward came from a place where he was being mistreated after he was born. So my oldest boy brought Toby home to me Rebekah he is a emotional support dog for myself. Toby Edward recently went to the vet office on Thursday May 9th 2024. He has trouble walking in pain and will be on medication for his short life with me dwarfism.please help
