Toby is a 2 Year Old Golden Retriever in Hudson, OH, Who Needs $10,000 for Double TPLO Procedures.

Toby became part of our lives when his owner no longer wanted him at 6 months old. Because he was smaller than expected, they didn’t want him to breed him. I have had dogs my entire life and he is by far the sweetest soul I have ever encountered. He has never even growled and is 2 years old.

Unfortunately he had significant separation anxiety which came at a very high cost replacing glasses, shoes, retainers, etc. He now needs both ACLs (CCLs) replaced costing us $10,000. His kids have an incredible bond with him and are completely devastated. He is only 2 years old and can have a long, amazing life ahead of him if we can swing this.

Toby is unlike any dog I have ever met. Sounds cliche, but so very true. He is incredibly submissive, has never even growled, and loves hard and pure. He has brought so much love and kindness to everyone around him.

Our hope is to keep Toby with us, reduce his suffering, and continue to watch him spread genuine unconditional love to everyone he encounters. This was an unexpected cost during the upcoming holiday season and complications.
