Tombo is a 5-year-old Domestic Shorthair Cat in Las Vegas, undefined, who needs $2,000 for Bilateral Pelvic Fix with Blood Work.

I found Tombo in the middle of a busy road crawling. I thought he was scared by the on coming traffic while crossing, when I stopped to help, I notice he’s dragging his back legs. I took him straight to my vet, we found out he is a stray. The sad news is after the X-ray, it shows that his hip is broken in 3 parts and needed to be taken to a special clinic for hip surgery.

After scheduling with the special clinic, Tombo spent two nights with us. once he’s fed and took painkillers, he was ready to explore, disregarding how use couldn’t put any weight on his legs and stumbling toward me while I tried to stop him. His purring would resonates through the room when I pet him and feed him. Me and my roommate quickly attached to him

He got a strong fighting spirit, yet cries out at night when he’s feeling lonely. A little explorer in him, but also a calming personality when my dog is trying to see him. Even though we only met for 2 days, I want to provide him a life and a safe home the moment I took him off the streets

Tombo is a stray that got into a hit and run, and I want to save his life. The special clinic I took him to get his hip surgery took a look at him and estimated Tombo’s age being around 4-5 months, because his growth plate is still there. Doc will put screws to attach the broken parts, given the age, he expects him to have a fully recovery

The special surgery isn’t cheap to say the least, and this injury we are told he can’t just heal on his own. I’m using my emergency funds to save his life, and I believe it’s the right thing to do. Tombo is still a baby, and I want to provide him the life he deserves
