Toto survived against incredible odds as she was tragically found frozen on the side of a road. Her tiny body looked lifeless to those passing by. Thankfully, ACF Animal Rescue took her in when no one else would and are working on restoring her back to health.

When she was rescued, it became clear that Toto faced more challenges than just the cold. She has a neurological condition that severely affects her coordination and balance. Walking is an ongoing struggle; she keeps falling over and often seems disoriented and stressed.

Toto is so full of life! As it turns out, Toto is actually a little girl! Her health is improving and she is beginning to grow quickly. It brings her caretakers so much joy to think this is her reality in contrast to what could have been- left frozen in the streets.
