Trap is a 1-year-old Bulldog Mix in Minneapolis, MN, who needs $2,000 for Surgery to Repair Urethral Prolapse.

Last year for Christmas I purchased Trap as a pet for my children. He was only a few weeks old when we got him and instantly the whole family fell in love with him. He is literally the sweetest most loving companion we could ask for. I did allow the children to name him, but he is really my baby. He brings us all so much Joy and I cannot imagine life with out him!

Trap is still a puppy, so he is a big baby. He does so well with my children and strangers love him! Due to his breed some are scared of him but that's quickly out the window when they see that he is just a big teddy bear. He is truly a joy to be around and such a big baby he loves to cuddle and sleep with us and he loves us all so much!

The way that he loves us all really makes me so happy. I was never an animal person but he relly changed that. He will cry when I leave and as soon as I get home he is on my tail following me around room to room. He sits under my feet when I work from home and sits outside the shower to make sure I dont get out of his sight. This makes me so happy because it shows me that he loves is mutual!

Trap has recently been diagnosed with a urethral prolapse. He will need surgery to correct this issue. Mission animal hospital is where I get his vet care. I was able to afford pain medication as well and antibiotics in the event of infection, however he is still suffering until I can find funds to cover surgery.

I recently lost my job and this was a very unexpected expense. I did take him a few places to see if it can be done at a cheaper rate however with school starting and me being a single mother of four this is completely outside of my budget.
