About this campaign
At just 5 weeks old, baby Trigger weighs less than a pound—closer to the size of a 2- or 3-week-old kitten because of severe malnourishment. He was found covered in hundreds of fleas, so many that they had formed a thick brown mass of fleas and blood across his tiny body. It's a miracle he was still alive.
Right now, Trigger is extremely weak. He can't stop shaking, and every ounce of strength he has is being used simply to keep fighting. Castaway Critters rushed him to the vet and the team worked around the clock to give him every possible chance to survive.
We're asking for your help today. Your donation will provide emergency veterinary care, medications, flea treatment, supportive care, nutritious food, and everything Trigger needs as he battles for his life and to grow into a healthy, adult cat. Every dollar gives this tiny survivor a better chance at the future he deserves.
Please help us show Trigger that his story doesn't end in a trash can. It ends surrounded by love, hope, and people who refused to give up on him.
