About this campaign
In 2019, my then-partner surprised me with Trjegul on my birthday. He was adopted from a shelter, where he was given up by someone who had found him on their property, his leg was severely damaged and had to be moved as soon as possible. He lives with me and my other cat, Tina with a family member until we move to our permanent home in April.
Meeting him, you might think "he is so scared", while he comes off as skittish, he observes before approaching you. The moment he sniffs and gets used to your smell, he will be attached to you at the hip. He loves to take food from my plate, and snacks from my pockets. He catches toy mice when I throw them and loves cuddling at my neck.
He is a huge talker and loves to talk back. When he isn't taking stuff from my pockets, and taking food, he cuddles and gives big kisses on the cheek, and makes biscuits on my face. When it snows, he loves to step out and play with the flakes as they fall, the birds come to say hello to him too when they approach the window.
He was diagnosed with megacolon in 2/2024 after frequent visits to the emergency room in South Seattle/Shoreline Emergency Hospital.
He has issues with chronic constipation.
With ongoing medical bills that have been stacking bi-monthly. This was an unexpected cost with the last few visits and is now quoted 6K for the surgery to best help. Having him healthy would mean a better quality of life for him & myself.
