About this campaign
Trooper has been my service dog for 10 years, accompanying me on countless adventures across the world. We live on a farm where has 10 acres to explore. He’s extremely attentive to me, you’ll always find him just watching me just to make sure I’m okay. He has a wiseness like I’ve never seen in a dog. He’s my best friend. If you know me you know there’s very few times I go anywhere without him.
Trooper is by my side on every adventure whether that’s playing in snow in the mountains, swimming in rivers or going on a road trip to a new city. With that said he’s also very content cuddling in bed with me on a lazy days. I can’t imagine not having him by side. We like to say he’s quietly opinionated. He speaks 1000 words just through his eyes and some how you always know what he’s thinking
Trooper has an undeniable sense of awareness. No matter the situation he’s know exactly how to behave. Take him to the movie theater and he’ll quietly curl up in the chair beside me, at the airport he doesn’t leave my hip pretending like no one else exists, take him to the mountains and he’s running around exploring everything. Somehow he always knows exactly what i need from him.
In a tragic accident, Trooper was crushed by an 800 lb bale of hay. Due to blunt force trauma he has severe internal chest bleeding and heart trauma. He’s had to have 2 chest taps to remove fluid and could possibly needs a blood transfusion. He’s currently on 3 heart medications and oxygen to keep his heart steady. He’s being treated Animal emergency and specialty center in Parker Colorado.
I don’t have the financial means to pay 15k. Trooper means the world to me and I would do anything to save him. I can’t imagine not having him by my side
