About this campaign

This is Tucker. He was rescued at 3 months old from the Humane Society and has been a beloved member of our family ever since. He has a big “people sister” who is 7 and two doggy brothers and sisters.
He was named Tucker because he has always been a fine balance between being “tuckered out” and being rambunctious like Chris Tucker.

Currently, Tucker is needing a life saving surgery to remove a foreign body object from his stomach and intestinal area. He is fully vaccinated and has had no other issues. We’re not sure at this time what he could have gotten into but he ingested something and it is now stuck in his abdomen creating distention and an inability to eat or maintain any fluids. He’s a patient of Bell Rock Vet Clinic

Tucker is an integral part of our family. He was the first dog we ever had to fortune of adopting. Further, he’s become like our son and a brother to our daughter.
We struggled with fertility issues for years and finally decided that there were other ways we could share our love.
His place in our home is irreplaceable. He’s our Tucker.

We are a low income family. However, that doesn’t limit our love for our Tucker or his fur-siblings. In spite of our financial limitations they are all well cared for and adored.
If Tucker were able to receive this surgery it would be saving his life.
