Tulip Was Found With Severe Skin Injuries and Needs Help

Tulip is receiving intensive veterinary care after suffering severe skin injuries that have left her with extensive damage.

While the exact circumstances remain unknown, it is suspected that Tulip may have been dragged underneath a vehicle. What is certain is that she arrived needing immediate medical attention and continues to require ongoing treatment to give her the best chance at healing.

Under the care of Rescue Rehome Repeat of South Louisiana and their veterinary team, Tulip has been receiving steroids, antibiotics, medicated ointments, specialized creams, and frequent medicated baths. Every part of her treatment has been focused on helping her skin heal while keeping her as comfortable as possible.

In addition to her medical care, Tulip also requires special compression suits, ultra-soft bedding, and other supportive supplies to protect her fragile skin during her recovery.
