About this campaign
Sometimes rescue isn’t just about saving a life, it’s about giving that life a real future.
At Goatlandia, we recently welcomed two sweet piglets who were rescued and given a second chance. Now they’re safe, loved, and finally where they belong.
But their journey isn’t over yet.
In order for them to live healthy, happy lives and eventually find their forever homes, they need to be spayed/neutered — a critical step for their long-term wellbeing. We are so close!
These procedures will:
✨ Prevent future health issues
✨ Support safe placement into loving homes
✨ Ensure they can live full, stress-free lives
Rescue doesn’t stop at saving, it continues through proper medical care.
Every donation, no matter the size, brings us one step closer to giving these piglets the future they deserve.
If you feel called to help, your support truly makes the difference between surviving and thriving.
Together, we can finish what rescue started.
3/9/26 Update: Piglets found a home!
Last month, two tiny piglets — Lacey and Lou — were found abandoned in the middle of the road and brought to Goatlandia by a kind stranger. Many of you followed their story as they grew stronger each day while we searched for the right forever home.
Then, a few days ago, another little piglet was found in need.
He was also spotted in the road, and a kind stranger stopped, gently placed him in a shoebox, and brought him to @clayton\_valley\_farms where Cesyli from @stardust\_sanctuary stepped in to help. When he arrived, he was shivering and covered in ticks. They carefully removed more than 40 ticks, warmed him up, and got him drinking milk. Cesyli’s daughter named the tiny piglet Snout.
Pigs are deeply social animals, and everyone hoped Snout wouldn’t have to start his life alone.
Thanks to Maggie at @pigluvco, the right connections were made — bringing together Goatlandia, Stardust Sanctuary, and @Kyle Hetzel, who welcomed all three piglets into their new home.
Lacey, Lou, and Snout are now safe together and growing up side by side, exactly as piglets should.
This is what rescue really looks like: strangers stopping their cars, sanctuaries stepping in and working together, and compassionate people opening their homes. A whole community choosing kindness so these little lives can have the future they deserve.
