About this campaign

I found Tyson when he was 3 weeks old. I was coming home from the gym and saw this rat looking figure on the side of the road on a really rainy day. I thought I heard a meow and I immediately made a U-turn and pulled up beside a soaking wet kitten who needed my help! I scoped him up and put him into the pocket of my hoodie and proceeded to Petsmart so I could get him to a vet and get some food

Tyson is the highlight of my day. He know exactly what time I come home everyday and greets me at the stairs for rubs and hugs. My mother who "isnt a cat person" adores him and calls him puppy because he kind of acts like a dog when he's being playful.

Tyson isn't the cuddly type of cat but he is a hunter and loves to chase birds when I take him outside and make little chirping noises almost mimicking the birds. He plays hide and seek, and he love to pretend to chase me. He is scared of the rain and thunder so his favorite place to hide is behind the dryer where its warm or under my bed.

After Taking Tyson to Thrive Pet Healthcare in Midtown to Dr. Keerwen Tanner, I was informed that my baby had a blockage in his bladder and he couldn't urinate. Urinary blockage is a painful and life-threatening condition and my heart was broken. In that moment I could tell that he was in pain. Just to get a proper diagnosis, and get fluids in him so he wouldn't dehydrate was $1300.

I like to tell people that I didn't rescue Tyson, he rescued me. I would cherish each moment with him even more to se him healthy. I never considered Id lose him to ANYTHING but old age! I love him so much and so does my family
