Uhtred is a 3 year old Giant Schnauzer in Miramar, FL, who needs $2,000 for Mandibulectomy.

We drove 6 hours to pick up our beautiful Giant Schnauzer and 6 hours back home. We were looking for a hypoallergenic family dog and he has been nothing but our greatest joy at home. He is the center of attention and is overly loved everyday.

Recently we noticed he had a small growth on his tooth and he needed surgery so they can remove the growth to be tested. Unfortunately, the results came back that it was a tumor. Two weeks after his 1st surgery the tumor grew back and he needed to under go yet another surgery to remove the 2nd grow but now he needs a part of his jaw to ensure that the cancer won't keep growing back.

What makes Uhtred so special is the bond he has with each and every one of us at home. With our youngest son he is sweet and gentle knowing he is the smallest human at home so he receives extra love from him. With our oldest son he loves to play soccer with and they go racing together. When it comes to my husband he loves playing tug of war to test their strength. We me, he is my cuddle bear.

After we spent thousands on his last two surgeries we did not expect a 3rd one in the near future. This 3rd procedure is critical to stopping the tumor's growth and giving him a fighting chance. Any donation, no matter the size, will make a world of difference for our pup.
