Vader is a 6-year-old Anatonial Shepard and Irish Wolfhound in Wamego, KS, who needs $827 for PRP.

We adopted Vader on March 17, 2017 and we were in love.
He was estimated to be a year and half and is now about 6 and a half. We have given him the best life possible. He goes with us as much as possible. There isn't an animal that he doesn't want to befriend. Pretty much everyone that meets him loves him.

Vader is one of our children. He cuddles and interacts with each of us. He has favorite places and right now his injury makes it difficult for him to enjoy. Normally, one of his comfort spots is nested in our bed, but somedays he is unable to get up there. He is so loved and pamped. It saddens me to see him hurting. I feel we are letting him down.

Everything about Vader is special. His breed and size are uncommon and generate attention. He is a gentle giant. One of our favorite things is the many different howls he has. Each one has a meaning. He is so smart and knows specific words. We also love the special way he shows his love when he places his paw on you or snuggles with his head berried in you. He is just so special and loved by many.

Most of you know that Vader tore his ACL. I talking with Vet Brian Davis we have decided to do an injection treatment that will help heal and strength the injured knee along with strengthen the other knee to prevent injury to it. We feel this is the best option for him with far less recovery time. We look forward to working with Green Valley Veterinary Services to get our baby healthy.

Several things have contributed to us not being able to afford treatment and I have spent hours researching organizations that help. After many rejections we are reaching out for help so that Vader can enjoy all his favorite activities and places without pain.
