I named her Vegas because she’s a ball of fun, just like that famous Nevada city. From the moment she came into my life, she's had a larger-than-life personality that lights up every room she enters. Whether she’s racing around the yard, chasing after her favorite toy, or greeting everyone she meets with a big smile, Vegas has a way of making ordinary days feel a little more special.

Vegas disappeared after my gate was accidentally left open. I was crushed. I searched everywhere and posted online to no avail. After two weeks of searching through storms and heavy rain, we were finally reunited, but she was badly limping. Catoosa Small Animal Hospital found she has a severely broken femur. She needs surgery within 3 days to save her leg, or amputation may be the only option.
