Venom, is 7 years old. My son and daughter named him after watching the movie when he was 3, her 13. We saved him as a preemie from a unsafe crowded home. He's grown into a strong, healthy, very happy and active important part of our family and is just as important as my children. Hes their brother, our protector, and so much more.

Venom woke us up whining at 4 a.m because he couldn't get on bed and noticed he was dragging his back legs. The emergency vet said it his lower spine vertebrae is pinching off his nerves. Said it was common with this breed. We were given two choices, to do surgery at eastern Carolina veternarian or to be euthanized. He's still trying to be active, eat, just can't use back legs.

Venom stays along side me everywhere I go including the bathroom but he spends time with both kids. He and Ozzy, our cat, play constantly always running around our large piece of property.
