Venom Severus Schmitt is a rescue American Bulldog that we have had for about 6 months. He came to us injured with a tear in his rear CCL ligament. The Vet said this surgery should help Venom have a normal life; without it, he will remain lame. Venny is a wonderful pup, he is around 16 months old, and weighs in at a slim 115lbs. Don't let his name fool you, he is a big sweetie!

Venom has become the peacekeeper of the other animals in the house, and a hell-raiser with the hoomans in the house. :) He is a very attention hungry dog. He will put his big boop nose right up to your face to make sure you know it is time to play. He loves to play tug of war, with any toy and really enjoys his morning and evening snuggles.

Oh My, Venny is hilarious. He is a big character and drama king. He talks all the time to us, especially if we are on our phones. He is big lover of naps and snoring as loud as he possibly can. Please see the video of him, it is hilarious. When I come home, the back half of him wiggles as hard as it can to great me. Also, he bunny hops over to our cats, and it is pretty cute.

Our local Vet has taken a look at Venny twice and taken sedated x-rays of his leg. The doctor isn't convinced it is a full tear, but Venny has been lame for almost a month now. I believe he was put to be rescued because of this injury, but his injury was not disclosed when we adopted him. Will are searching through Surgeons in the area but are leaning towards Dr. Edinger.

I am the luckiest guy out there, I wish some of that luck would rub off onto my pup. I was blessed to get married a year ago and in the process gained my first kid, who is now 11. Between renovations and the Wedding, I have used up all my savings preparing for my new family.
