About this campaign
We got Wall-E and his sister Mazey at the same time, as kittens, from a shelter when my son was 2 and given the choice between a dog or cat. We have had them both ever since, theyre 5 years old now. Indoor cat but we have taken him outside a few times but supervised and never for long. He's just a curious kitty.
We noticed he had kept getting into things, like chewing things. But especially plants. He always kind of did it before but now he was doing it a lot. At one point he was throwing up. Eventually started to lose weight so we took him into the vet. Vet said he had jaundice so we tried treating for that. He started to get better but then stopped.
Wall-E is more than our cat.. he’s our son’s best friend. Named after his favorite movie, he’s grown up by his side, offering love, comfort, and endless cuddles. Playful, sweet, and full of personality, he’s been there through it all. Seeing him struggle breaks our hearts.. he truly is family.
My family sadly doesn't have any emergency funds, we've been struggling as it is and i've always thought to get pet insurance but never did... I tried setting up pet credit cards and couldn't because I messed up my credit when I lost my job in 23 getting my colon removed.
