Walter was rescued off the streets in the southside of Columbus, Ohio. He lives with his foster family in Columbus, Ohio. Walter lives with a husband, wife, 2 children, and a senior cat. He is safe and cared for, to an extent. Financially burdened family cannot care for his continued medical needs and the urgent need for TECA.

TECA (Total Ear Canal Ablation) is needed for Walter because he has severe tumors in his ears and canals. The husband's boss took Walter to his initial vet visit in Dublin, Ohio. With much effort, being able to afford for Walter's medical care has failed. Walter needs emergency surgery.

Walter is a very well behaved, non-neutered, 7 year old, male dog. He was grateful for rescue. He listens well. Is house trained. Calm, cool, and collected. Walter is loyal! He is very well behaved off leash, and on leash. He is not food aggressive. He does excellent with men, women, children, and cats. Walter is social and very much goofy! Walter really is a well rounded pet! He just needs TLC!

We cannot afford to care for him any longer. Walter really needs another foster/permanent home that can care for his needs long term. But right now, he needs the surgery that from what we have seen can cost anywhere between 5k-10k+. Walter DESERVES to live PERIOD.
