Walter is a 4 month old American Pit Bull Terrier in Reedsville, OH, who needs $2,200 for Tibial Tuberosity Advancement Surgery.

Walter joined our family during a very difficult time emotionally when my daughter was struggling. Walter became her instant best friend and they love to spend time playing together outside.

Walter and my daughter were playing when he went to jump up on the bed with her and didn’t jump high enough and he fell. This injured his leg and after having it assessed by our veterinarian, it was discovered that he had a tibial tuberosity avulsion fracture of his left hind leg and would be requiring surgery to repair it.

Walter has become a key aspect of our children’s happiness in his short time with us so far. We are hopeful by having this surgery to correct this issue that he will live a long and prosperous life, bringing joy to all of us.

We would be appreciative of any financial support to help Walter be able to have this surgery done and back to playing with the kids. The procedure he needs is very costly and without having extra support, it could be unobtainable for us.
