Waylon is a 9 year old Mix-Breed in Murrysville, PA, who needs $2,000 for Perineal Urostomy.

I rescued Waylon and his siblings from a sheep farm as very young kittens. He was my first foster failure. He was so sweet that we couldn't bear to let him go. He started having seizures when he was still tiny. No cause was ever found. A diet change stopped the seizures and he's been overall very healthy since. Our whole family adores him!

Waylon has developed calcium oxylate crystals in his bladder. He was unblocked (ultimately unsuccessfully) as an outpatient. He was blocked again the same night. Over the weekend he needed an emergency vet visit for this blockage. He's now facing surgery to remove the crystals and, hopefully, permanently fix the issue. He is at Middle Road Animal Clinic in Glenshaw, PA right now.

Waylon is the sweetest, most loving cat that I've ever met. Our entire family just loves him so much. He's always been very sensitive. He's frightened easily by many things. We think it's because of the seizures when he was so young. His favorite place is being the "big spoon" with his dad :) He's such an awesome little guy. Everyone falls in love with him when they meet him.

We had an emergency 2 weeks ago with our elderly (16 year old) cat Luna that used up our entire savings. Waylon deserves a chance to be well. He's overcome so much in his life and remained sweet through it all. Our family would be so grateful to have him home and healthy!
