This is my baby girl Wednesday. She was found as a stray and taken to our local animal shelter. She was adopted only for her to be posted on Facebook 2 months later to be rehomed again.
In her short 2 years of life she has seen the worst that humans have to offer. When I looked into her eyes the first time she stole my heart. I instantly knew I just found my best friend. My family.

Two weeks after getting Wednesday she started walking with a strange skip. At the time I thought nothing of it and suspected she hurt her nail. A few months later she stared holding her leg up and limping. I took her to the get only to find out the worse. Wednesday has hip dysplasia and locating patella in both legs. To learn that my baby was in pain on a daily basis broke my heart.

Wednesday will melt anyone’s heart who meets her. At first she is a bit scared but once warmed up you will get lots of kisses and cuddles.
I’ve struggled with my mental health for years now. I experience frequent panic attacks, but with Wednesday they have significantly decreased. She always senses when I’m about to break. She runs to me and will lay her head on my chest. I instantly feel better

Due to many increasing expenses in my life I can’t afford to give my girl the surgery she needs. I’m willing to do anything to see Wednesday be able to walk and play like a normal dog. To see her be able to jump and play without being in pain. We are fighters but we needhelp
