About this campaign

Hello, we are the proud family of a 16 week old Pembroke Welsh Corgi named Weesi. We purchased Weesi from a corgi breeder in Deming, NM. Weesi has an older Corgi brother name Zica who is 4 years old, and two human siblings, ages 5 and 7. We currently live in Albuquerque. She loves playing with the kids and terrorizing her older corgi brother. She has very energetic and loving spirit.

Over the past week, she became sick and began puking. Over the past couple of days, the symptoms would come and go, with her holding down some food but puking at other times. She maintained energy to play and was constantly searching for food, so her appetite was still there. On the evening of April 17, she began showing signs of serious lethargy and stopped playing, and her appetite disappeared.

Weesi is the perfect addition to our family and immediately fit in. She has been incredible with her human siblings, and even her corgi brother has learned to accept her as a sister. They all love playing together, and the house gets pretty crazy and rowdy in all the right ways. She has had stay at the clinic while being treated and her absent is being felt tremendously.

We recently relocated from Minnesota to New Mexico. Though this move and getting Weesi were planned, we weren't expecting our baby girl to get sick, let alone get as sick as she has gotten so fast. We have exhausted all financing avenues and have not qualified for anything.
