Welsie Went Through Living Hell!

During the first two months, this kitten was alive, she suffered horrific injuries. Her eye was hanging from the socket; she had a shattered elbow and no tail. She was discovered covered in fleas, emaciated, and dirty.

Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge rescued her, and now they're raising money for the urgent care she needs, including multiple surgeries to remove her injured eye and then to amputate what is left of her mangled tail.
