Whiskers was brought to me by a friend 4 years It was only supposed to be a temporary foster situation but then nobody wanted her. The friend said she was neglected by her previous owners for 3 years. They didn't give her the care she needed. My friend told us if we kept her she would help us pay for her vet care. She has helped a little bit but now she can't and I'm running out of money also.
