About this campaign
Three little dogs just took their first true breath of freedom and safety. Whisper, Harry, and Barry were rescued from a life of homelessness inside a car after their owner could no longer care for them. Their entire world had been the cramped backseat they shared. They were dirty, scared, and surviving in the only “home” they knew.
Mama Whisper is suffering from a severe heart murmur that now requires urgent medical attention. She’s headed to the hospital to determine how advanced her condition has become. Her puppies are receiving real medical care for the first time in their lives. And even after everything she’s endured, Whisper remains incredibly sweet, leaning gently into every hand that reaches out with kindness.
Harry and Barry, her 8-month-old pups, have grown up knowing nothing but instability. Harry, the brindle boy, was terrified at first, but quickly softened once he realized he was finally safe. Barry, scruffy and tan, still trembles with fear, but his eyes show how deeply he longs to trust and feel love.
All three are now decompressing—fragile and unsure, but slowly discovering what it means to be clean, to have space to walk, a quiet place to rest, and the comfort of gentle, patient hands. RBARI can't cover these expenses alone. Will you help these three pups thrive again?
