About this campaign

Let's rally together to help Whisper, a disabled Gulf War veteran's dog who urgently needs emergency surgery that her owner cannot afford.

One by One Animal Advocates will help relieve the financial burden by covering the total cost of Whisper's medical bill and returning her healthy and happy to her loving owner.

"He has selflessly served our nation, and it is an honor and a privilege to be able to give back to him," Heather from One by One tells Waggle.

Whisper can no longer urinate and is suffering from a severe vaginal prolapse. The condition is more common in young females of large and brachycephalic breeds. Her vagina has become displaced and requires urgent surgical attention to relieve her discomfort and ensure she stays healthy - as it can worsen if untreated over time.

Whisper is a faithful companion to her adoring owner. But now, she is in pain, and it breaks her owner's heart to see her suffer as he searches for a way to ease her discomfort.

Let's come together to help those who have served our country, both the dogs in need and their devoted owners. Every donation, however small, can give this special pup a chance at life again - by helping fund the surgery she needs to get back on her paws and quickly home to her human dad.

"Thank you again for allowing us this opportunity to give back to those who have given so much! We are immensely grateful for your generosity and ongoing support."
