This tiny 3.5-pound blind Yorkie was found wandering the streets desperately in need of help. No little dog in his condition should ever have been out there trying to survive on his own.

Now safe with CAMO Rescue, Wilbur is receiving treatment for a painful urinary tract infection and was found covered in fleas, another heartbreaking sign of neglect and hardship.

Despite everything he’s endured, Wilbur is gentle and trusting.

Senior and special-needs dogs like Wilbur are among the most vulnerable. Being blind makes the world frightening enough, but trying to navigate it alone while sick and neglected is unimaginable.
