Willie is a 6 year old Mix-Breed in Circle Pines, MN, who needs $4,000 for Perineal Urethrostomy (PU).

Willie was a farm cat gifted to me by a friend. When I got Willie I assured my whole family I was only getting him so my other cat could have a friend. But he definitely became one of my best friends.

The issues with Willie started when we was less than a year old. He was taken to the vet for lethargy and trouble peeing. They tried to physically express his bladder causing his bladder to rupture. He was rushed to the emergency hospital and given life saving care. I immediately changed what I could about his lifestyle in an attempt to prevent future incidents. Now he has another blockage.

Willie is so loving, cuddly, and affectionate. Willie loves to explore his surroundings and is hardly scared of anything. He is best friends with his sister, Bean, and he is currently missed so so much as he is in the emergency vet hospital receiving monitoring for his urinary blockage.

Willie’s first ER vet bill was a couple years ago. I ended up spending thousands, draining my savings account. Now he has another vet bill estimating between $3-4k. PU surgery which would limit future occurrences and is estimated $6k. I can’t afford the care he needs greatly
