Willow is a 4 month old Maine Coon in Davenport, IA, who needs $700 for X-rays, Treatment as Needed, and Pain Medication.

I adopted Willow in April from her breeder. I lost my boy Smokey last year and my heart was ready for another. Willow just turned 4 months old and has entered the stage of being adventurous and curious as well as high energy and loves to jump and climb. Willow has her own bedroom and cat trees both in living room and her bedroom.

Willow was running and jumping from different areas in her room as well as throughout the house. In willows bedroom is a tall dresser that has pictures and small angels on it. Willow tried to jump up on the dresser from the bed and was not able to make a full landing. Willow fell approximately 5 feet and landed on her front right leg. I believe that it is very badly sprained or broken.

Willow has brought so much joy to me in the month that I have had her. She makes me laugh with her playful spirit and loves to snuggle up on my lap after a never ending session of playing.

Willow falling and getting hurt is an unexpected finance that comes at the worse time. I had to replace my furnace at the end of January and that wiped out my savings. Willow is so young and to have her running and playing is the most important thing to me right now
