Winchester, "Chester" for short, is an 8 year old miniature dachshund. Winchester joined our family as a puppy and is named for a street in Berkeley Springs WV where he was born. Chester and his older brother Berkeley (also born in Berkeley Springs) have been the center of our family's universe and my children, now ages 17 and 15 have grown up with our two fur babies! Chester is a very loving, sweet boy with a stubborn streak but loves his family like no other. My daughter and Chester share a special bond and since day 1, Chester and Sierra have been inseparable. Sierra will leave for college next year and she is already trying to find a way to bring Chester with her!! Our pups, which now include a third miniature dachshund who joined us on Christmas Eve, are everything to us!
