Winnie is a 3-year-old French Bulldog in Lynwood, IL, who needs $2,000 for IVDD Surgery.

We rescued Winnie at 8 weeks old from a puppy mill breeder in Illinois. Winnie is a member of the family and it is very heart breaking to see her in this condition. She can no longer walk which is causing anxiety amongst other issue (incontinence, rash, uti's. Winnie has IVDD and the surgery cost 12,000, which is very unaffordable. We do not want to euthanize our pet and we dont her suffering.

My children are so heart broken to see their family member in pain and it further makes it hard for me and my husband. Winnie comes from love and we have to watch her go through this condition everyday. She is a great family pet and great for my anxiety.

My dog is special because she is an emotional support dog for me. I have suffered from anxiety since the passing of my son Kendall and having Winnie has helped me tremendously. My children love Winnie dearly and she brings us all such joy. WInnie loves to snuggle and give doggie kisses to everyone she meets.

My dog has IVDD which can be cured with surgery of her disc in the back. I took her to a neurologist amongst other visits. We had to try medication because surgery was is too expensive. The medicine is not improving her condition and now she is suffering from other conditions because of the IVDD.

My husband also got hurt at work so we are down to one income. This economy and grocery are sky high, which has taken away all emergency money. The children are on the way back to school, so all money has to go towards education at this point.
