About this campaign

Wolfie came into our lives from a semi-feral situation where he was being bullied by other cats competing for food. He found fast friendship with our orange cat and they became instant bros. Wolfie has been very appreciative of love, scratches, catfood, napping, and exploring outside. He always knows when his humans are feeling down and will often cheer them up simply by standing on us purring.

Wolfie has been a very healthy cat for all 9 years of his life aside from being a little small. Saturday, I found him not feeling well and called the emergency vet to see if I should be concerned. Their answer was yes, and I brought him in to find out that he had a bladder obstruction and needed emergency aggressive Vetrinary care to unblock his urinary tract and save his life.

Wolfie is a furry, purry friend who loves to have adventures. In the summer he goes outside and pretends that he is a mini tiger, getting embarrassed if we out him as a house cat. In winter, he enjoys semi- hibernation mode and cuddles while purring like a tiny chainsaw. He is often protective of his best friend and orange bro, protecting him from neighborhood cat bullies.

We are a working family of 5 with 3 children at home and one other cat. We have depleted our savings for his unexpected emergency care. He is struggling now and the vets say that he will need to stay a full 48 hours at the hospital if he is expected to survive.
