Wonky is a 50 year old Maltese in Edmond, OK, who needs $2,000 for Jaw Surgery.

Wonky came to me less than a week ago. His owner went into a nursing facility and was not wanted by the family. He went to the vet the next day to get his shots and get his "wonky" jaw checked out. We found out that it was broken and he had another appointment 2 days later to get x-rays.

X-rays should that it was definitely broken, with a gap that would require a plate to connect it back together. We are sending his records to Scissortail in Edmond hoping they will be able to do the surgery, or he may ahve to be taken to Tulsa!

Wonky is a very sweet boy, he gets along with everyone! He does have a tendency to chase cats! He is very tired and it's very hard for him to eat and drink.

I am able to take care of most of his expenses while we get him healthy but an expensive surgery is out of reach! I am hoping to be able to raise the money needed to stop his pain.
