Hello, I wanted to start by saying i’m so sorry to even be asking anyone for anything. it was never my intention and if this situation had not had a severe financial impact, i would never ask. please, if you yourself are struggling, don’t donate, maybe just share if you could. i would hate to take anything from anyone who does not have it to give.

Wrigley is my first dog by myself. He is my soul dog. Anyone who meets him comments on how oddly human he is. He’s just an incredible guy. On december 23rd, as we were going to bed, he was acting just a little off. I honestly thought the ER vet was going to laugh and tell me I was being ridiculous. Never did I think he had a large tumor on his spleen that had began to leak into his abdomen. Thankfully he was able to be rushed into emergency surgery that night where the spleen and tumor were removed. We are still waiting to hear back on the results of the tumor biopsy.

I took him home christmas morning, but within a few hours, his gums had gone pale and he was back at the ER. He is there now as I type this, being monitored for a heart thing that they say isn’t unusual after surgery. But with all that said, his already impossible vet bill keeps climbing. I am out of options. I did not qualify for nearly enough care credit to cover this. So I am here now, seeing if anyone is able to help me help my boy. I am hopeful that this surgery was curative, but if it is cancer, i only have a few months with my baby.
