Xander is a 8 year old Mix-Breed in Minneapolis, MN, who needs $500 for Urinary Concerns.

Xander was a rescue. We were looking for a playmate for our other cat Serena. He was originally named frosty because he was found outside by the vet team. We originally picked three names and Xander was the one that stuck. Granted we rarely call him that. It's usually many nicknames like "chunky buns or big boy"

Xander is sadly experiencing a blockage. He is having a hard time urinating and defecating. He has had a hard time for the passed 2 days and we are doing what we can as a family in a very hard transition to get him care.

Xander has been a rock to this family. He has been an amazing healer, teacher, listener, support buddy, comfort , friend. Especially to my autistic son. He loves to play Play-Doh and Legos with him. Cuddle during video games and loves to come on walks with us outside and make us giggle chasing grasshoppers

Divorce, inability to work for medical reason, and my son lost his dad in March. Xander is his world. He has already lost so much I can't see him lose Xander too.
