Xyliah is a 2-month-old Dachshund Terrier Mix in Tacoma, WA, who needs $600 for Splinting/Casting.

I just got this brand new puppy, she is 9 weeks old. We live with one of my moms very close friends in Tacoma. The first night I got her, the people told me that she had no papers or shots but I was so ecstatic about getting a puppy, it didn’t make anything an issue. She has a very big front and back yard to play in and her favorite toy is a mini cow that squeaks.

Xyliah has only been in my household for about a week and a half now but she plays really well with my 5 year old son, as well as my 9 year old pomeranian/shih-tzu dog. She is never aggressive, always playful, and loves meeting new people and other animals.

My puppy absolutely adores my son and before her injury, she always lifted up her back leg while walking outside and it was really funny. She is actually very clumsy for a dog and she does some things that really make it seem like she’s like an actual baby haha!

The injury is her right back leg. I am almost positive that her paw is fractured. She was playing on my bed and my bed is pretty high up but she never tries to jump. My mom walked in and she got excited and flipped off my bed and just started yelping as soon as she landed and I knew something was wrong because she will not put any weight on it at all. The vet I would like to go to is Commencement.

I lost my job as a doordash person. I receive money from the state monthly and have a very small amount of money to my name right now. It would mean the world to me for someone to help my puppys paw, It scares me that she could have problems for life and be in pain.
