Yager is a 9 year old Mix-Breed in Culpeper, VA, who needs $1,300 for Echocardiogram, EKG and Exam.

We adopted Yager into our home 9 short years ago from a rescue group. We were looking for a brother for our other rescue Maxx so he wasn't bored and had someone to play with and keep him company. We found Yager and knew instantly that he was the one, his personality was so outgoing as a puppy and it didn't hurt that he was so darn cute!!! He was and still is such a lover and so sweet.

We are looking for long term care. We found out his heart isn't doing well and he needs to go to CVCA which is a cardiologist specialist then he will need follow up care at Tacketts Mill Veterinary.

Yager is one special man!! Him and my 6 year old granddaughter which I raise are inseparable. He is her everything her sleep buddy, playmate and a shoulder for her to cry on when she's not having a good day. He absolutely adores her and won't let anybody even raise their voice to her. He is just an amazing dog all around and 9 years isn't enough time. He is a lover and is loved by everyone here!!!

We are struggling financially and are having a hard time trying to pay bills monthly. Unfortunately because of medical issues we don't have the same income we used to have. Yager means the world to the family and I am devastated that this is happening to him. We love him!!
