Meet my 9 yr old girl Yepi. She is the reason I became active in the rescue world. I wanted to make sure I was responsible enough to give her the best life. She was under a whole pet insurance policy before they dropped that policy! I could not foresee that at all! Yepi also now has a rescue sibling that was dumped and I could not turn a blind eye to when I discovered her.

She recently tore her CCLs in her hind legs and went from being a ball loving labrador to barely limping outdoors to relieve herself. Her life has changed overnight. The surgeon at Columbia River Veterinary Specialist believes she can recover back to her normal self after a bilateral TPLO procedure on her hind knees.

She is most human loving goofy labrador girl there is. She has been through so much, she also had a mandibulectomy - tumor removed from her jaw at age 3. She's a survivor! I would love for her to live her best life for her remaining years, doing the things she loves.
