Yoshi is a 2-year-old Corgi in Macon, GA, who needs $1,250 for Evaluation & Diagnostics.

Yoshi was a rescue corgi. We brought him home Fall 2021. We live in a suburban residential area in Macon, GA. We have a home with a fenced in backyard. I work from home and I have one other dog, a dachshund who is 11 years old. I am also a single parent to two children, one of which is a Sophmore in college, the other is in 6th grade. Yoshi was born January 7, 2020 and he is a tri-color Pembroke.

Yoshi gets plenty of love & attention in our home. His biggest fan is my 12 year old son William. Yoshi gets his exercise running around our fenced in backyard & on walks around the neighborhood. Yoshi is an inside pup & loves to cuddle in bed and watchTV. His favorite treats are frozen watermelon and Nutri Chomps. Yoshi's favorite place to nap is under my bed.

Yoshi loves to play. He routinely has more of his own toys on the floor then my son has which says something. Yoshi loves to go for rides in the car especially if we are headed for Starbucks. Yoshi loves pup cups. While Yoshi is active & playful he loves to snuggle with his family & wherever we are, he is not far behind.

Our Yoshi has a tumor that extends from the back of his neck to the lower part of his left shoulder. The tumor is so large that Yoshi now walks with a limp on his left side. Our family vet said it was likely cancer because the tumor surfaced in only five short weeks. We have an appointment at Blue Pearl Pet Hospital on Oct. 6th to see an oncologist for testing/consultation.

I am recently divorced. I am helping my daughter pay for college & raising my son at home by myself now on one income. Yoshi is my 3rd child. Wherever we go, he is not far behind. We chat on our daily walks & he disapproves of selfies lol. I just want to do what is best.
