About this campaign

Zane came into our life when he was a tiny pup. He came from a litter of 5 pups. 3 boys qnr 2 girls. We have had him for 2 years now. We got him from a breeder that I also happen to work with. We live in a single family home where Zane lives to spend time with all of his family. He loves to play in the yard and go for walks.

Zane us the happiest dog ever. Zane loves to play with his 2 brothers (my sons). They are the light of each others lives. Zane sleeps with me in our bedroom. He is always next to me. Zane is really my husbands dog though. He follows him everywhere he goes. Waits for him at the door. Zane has been such a blessing to our household. We would be lost without him.

We always try to prepare for emergencies but with the world the way it is right now we are in a very serious financial strain as this is an huge unexpected expense. It would mean the world to us if we could get Zane the surgery he needs so that he is not in constant pain. Zaneisonly2

We discovered that Zane has degeneration in both of his knees. He He needs to go in for a tplo procedure. The condition is not a result of anything he did but just his genetics. Zane is only 2 years old so we want to make sure he is as healthy as possible and that he can live a pain free life. Zane is being treated at the Lakeshore Veterinary Specialist Hospital in Oak Creek, WI.

Zane loves to play with plush toys. He throws them around and then catches them. Zane likes to be around people as much as possible. He wags his tail anytime someome walks by. He has the sweetest mentality and would never hurt a fly. Zane is afraid of small dogs even though he is twice there size!
