Zane is a 3 year old Mix-Breed in Sheldon , VT, who needs $200 for Diagnosis and Treatment.

Zane joined our family right before Christmas of 2022, a little less than a year after we lost our beloved beagle, Rosie. Zane could never replace our little girl we lost, but he has been a wonderful gift in a time where we were ready to open our home to another dog, when he needed a home. We found him online and brought him home from a bad situation. He has fit in from the moment he came home.

Tonight I noticed Zane was limping. Upon further observation, we found a puncture on his back paw and his ankle is quite swollen. We are hoping the vet bill is not too high, but we want to make sure he is okay. We spent several thousand on trying to save Rosie and we can not afford that with Zane right now. Any contribution would be more than appreciated. Prayers are welcomed.

He is best friends with our dog, Nelly, and he is gentle with our children, including "his baby." On his trip home with us, he (the giant beast he is), climbed up into the front seat and squished himself into my lap and has been by my side ever since. He watched over our 5 month old as if it is his own baby, and loves to run about with our olders. His favorite activity? Chasing bubbles.

We are currently on a limited income. We are not in a place to really be able to afford this unexpected expense. We are a one income family with a tight budget.
