About this campaign
I rescued zero when he was just a kitten. I found him at work under the dumpster in the middle of winter. I knew if I didn’t take him home he wasn’t going to make it past the week. I took him in and cared for him and he’s been with me ever since. He’s about 1 and 1/2 years old based off when I brought him home. He’s been happy and healthy. But now he’s in excruciating pain and needs help.
He’s an amazing cat. He’s lovable and very vocal. He loves to be outside. He comes inside when he wants love or food and to take a nap. He’s just like a dog. He goes to the door and cries when he wants outside. He cries when he’s hungry or even when he just wants some love and attention. Him and my son are very close. They sleep with each other every night.
I love that he is vocal and tells me what he wants or needs. He lets me know if something is wrong with him. He loves his 2 brother that are dogs and the dogs love him very much. They both get so excited when he is around and lick on him and clean him like he’s one of their own.
I am not sure what happened. I called for him to come inside last night and he never came. Usually he does this if he wants to stay outside longer but then this morning my dogs found him by my shed and he was crying. Typically he would run up to the dogs and say hi and then come to me to come inside. This morning was different. He wouldn’t move and just kept screaming.
I just recently lost my job and my father passed away so I have been juggling that. Now my cat is in dire need of help and I cannot afford to take him to the vet. However I am afraid he is not going to get better on his own. I believe a car hit him.
