Zeus is my Golden Lab dog; he was gifted to me when I turned 8 years old. He taught me responsibility and patience, and has given me unconditional love. He is now 12 Yrs. old and has an anal sac tumor.

He is a relaxed senior dog with less bark than before, but with lots of love to share. I take care of him and try to keep him as healthy as possible; he is mine, but my parents and brother will occasionally help me with his food, joint support supplements, probiotics, and shots if I'm not financially able to afford them. I just began working, and since he got sick I've paid all his vet bills.

Zeus has my brother's dog in his life; Bella is a hassle! They play less than before because he is 8 Yrs. older than her, but their interactions make me happy. It amazes me how he calms Bella's hyperactivity like a scolding dad; he is so clever and firm. When Zeus wants my hugs, he whines and pretends to cry while picking up my hand with his head; him being so smart makes me love him even more!

Zeus has been tested that he has cancer around his anal area, and have been taken to a vet to confirm, and they have recommended a surgery to remove it at Sunnymead pet hospital.

I'm a 19 Yr. old, P/T college student, who just began working on 12/23. I'm on a fixed income, and my 12 Yr. old dog just grew a cancerous tumor. I paid vet, blood work, x-rays, ultrasound, & surgeon consultation; he needs a $9k surgery.
