Zeus is a 4-year-old Pitbull in Upland , CA, who needs $2,000 for LTPLO.

I rescued Zeus in the streets of Pomona Ca, Los Angeles county when he was about 12 weeks old in a random neighborhood. He came to me filthy and malnourished and while the plan was to foster him, I couldn't give him up as he showed me immediately so much love and such a sweet and calm demeanor I decided to keep him. He is now part of our family for almost four years. We love him!

Zeus is OBSESSED with lizards! It's all he cares about when he's outdoors. Zeus is the goofy brother of two cats and his favorite sibling of all time our 11 year old labrador. He loves our entire family and is the sweetest most loveable pup with all of us. He has a personality that captures the heart of any animal lover almost immediately.

Zeus doesn't get bothered by too much. He loves water, he plays in the water hose often. WHenever we go swimming he goes too. Zeus when healthy would have the zoomies almost daily and could zoom around for the longest time. He always makes us laugh because anytime we talk whether it's to him or not, he tilt's his head back and fourth like he understands.

Zeus has had two surgeries' on his right back leg. The first surgery wasn't secure enough and the vet inserted a thick wire to hold his bones together but it broke because Zeus is just to big and strong and the surgery wasn't a promised success but we wanted to try it to help him. After that he had another surgery, a more invasive surgery and that surgery has been successful.

Zeus has had two surgerys' costing over $4500, our cat was also a great expense who we actually had to put down after battling with anemia. Our cat was a great expense of thousands of dollars as well.
