About this campaign

I went to a local shelter to find my elder cat a friend. I saw Ziggy and was in love immediately. He was a bit congested and had gunk in his eyes but it was cute gunk! When I told the shelter I was interested in adopting him they told me he was going to be euthanized the next day because he was just so sick and not getting better. I adopted him anyways and here we are 6 yrs later.

Ziggy is absolutely the silliest and most playful cat. He is extremely social and loves everyone. We recently just had a baby she is 8 months old now. He absolutely loves her and follows her everywhere. And omg she loves him the same! Her 3rd word ever was Cat!

Ziggy is special because he is extremely playful and lovable. He loves attention and loves to play. Even when we have company over he is the first to greet them. Ziggy makes us all laugh when he gets the zoomies lol it is so funny and random.

Ziggy being such a playful cat found out daughters balloon while we were gone and started playing with it. When we got home we noticed the string was missing and Ziggy had eaten it. He passed some of it through his stool and threw up some but it is still in there. The vet says it's a linear obstruction. The surgery is quite expensive. Ziggy is being seen at polo park animal hospital.

Just having our little girl and moving into our new home has us financially in a pinch to have the funds to help Ziggy. I have pet insurance but I have to have the money upfront first and I don't have it. I tried for care credit And other financial help but don't qualify.
